Arcfall is a wallet-native game: we are built to collect as little personal information as possible. By using the Game, you agree to the practices described here.

- Wallet public address. When you connect a Solana wallet to sign in, we receive your public wallet address. This serves as your in-game identity.
- Support communications. If you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and any details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
- Gameplay & progress data — levels, scores, settings, and in-game choices, associated with your wallet address.
- Device & technical data — device model, operating system, language, approximate region, and crash or performance logs, used to keep the Game running well.
- Transaction data — references to on-chain payments you authorize (e.g., SKR top-ups), used to deliver purchases.
2. What We Do Not Collect
We do not ask for or store your wallet's private keys or seed phrase. We do not require a traditional account, password, email, or phone number to play. We do not knowingly collect more personal data than is needed to run the Game.
3. A Note on On-Chain Data
Transactions you make on the Solana blockchain — including payments using SKR — are recorded on a public, permanent ledger that is not controlled by us. Anyone can view on-chain activity associated with a wallet address. This data cannot be edited or deleted by us. Please consider this before transacting.
4. How We Use Information
- to operate, maintain, and improve the Game;
- to authenticate your sign-in and save your progress;
- to process and deliver in-game purchases you authorize;
- to diagnose technical issues, prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse;
- to respond to your support requests;
- to comply with legal obligations.
5. Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:
- The Solana network and wallet providers, which are necessary to process sign-in and transactions and operate independently of us;
- The Solana dApp Store / app distribution platform, subject to its own privacy practices;
- Service providers (e.g., hosting, crash reporting, analytics) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations;
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
6. Data Retention
We keep gameplay and technical data for as long as needed to provide the Game and for legitimate operational purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. On-chain data, as noted, persists on the blockchain independently of us and cannot be removed.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protecting your wallet and keys is your responsibility.
8. Children's Privacy
The Game is not directed to children under the age required to hold a digital wallet or consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. Note that we cannot alter or delete data stored on the public blockchain.
10. International Transfers
The Game operates globally and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this Policy and applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
